The protocol belongs
to Lavora. Our doctors
deliver it.
A Lavora Protocol is a structured pathway: how a concern is assessed, which specialists are involved, which technologies may be used, and how progress is reviewed.

A structure,
not a sequence.
A protocol describes how a concern is approached at Lavora — the assessment logic, the specialists who may be involved, and how progress is reviewed.
A protocol describes a structure, not a fixed sequence. What you actually receive is decided by your physician, based on your assessment.
The protocol is Lavora’s. It does not belong to an individual physician.
Each stage is carried out by the physician qualified to deliver it.
Stages are added, shortened or skipped according to what your assessment shows.
Four pathways,
by what brought
you in.
Each names the concern it serves, the specialty that leads it, and the four stages it moves through.

Hormonal Health Pathway
For patients whose symptoms point toward hormonal change — in women’s health, men’s health, or both.
Consultant consultation, full history, and the investigations indicated by your presentation.
Results reviewed in the context of your symptoms, not in isolation from them.
A treatment plan proposed by your physician, with the reasoning explained to you.
Scheduled follow-up to confirm the plan is working and adjust it where it is not.

Longevity Assessment Pathway
For patients who want a thorough, structured picture of their current health and how they are ageing.
Comprehensive assessment across the systems relevant to you.
A full consultation to go through what the findings mean in practice.
Priorities set with you — what is worth acting on now, and what is worth monitoring.
Reassessment over time, so change is measured rather than assumed.

Regenerative Aesthetic Pathway
For patients seeking aesthetic results built on skin and tissue health rather than on a single procedure.
Assessment of skin, structure and what is realistically achievable.
A sequence proposed over time, with the rationale for each stage.
Delivered by the appropriate physician, with intervals allowed for tissue response.
Review and maintenance planned rather than left open-ended.

Brain Health Pathway
For patients with mood, sleep, cognitive or stress-related symptoms who want a properly structured psychiatric assessment.
A full consultation with a consultant, without time pressure.
Physical contributors considered where clinically indicated.
Options explained, including what each is and is not likely to achieve.
Structured follow-up, with the plan adjusted according to response.
These pathway names are working titles, shown for approval. Final protocol naming is subject to clinical sign-off.

Four things that
do not vary.
Whichever pathway you are on, and however much of it you receive.
Assessment before treatment
Nothing is treated on a first visit without discussion. What is found determines what is offered.
Time to explain it
Findings are gone through with you in consultation, not returned as a report you interpret alone.
A measurable baseline
So that change over time is measured against something rather than estimated.
A review point, set in advance
Follow-up is scheduled when the plan is made, not left for you to chase.
Before you
commit to one.
Do I have to complete the whole pathway?
No. A pathway is a structure, not a package you buy into. Stages are added, shortened or skipped according to what your assessment shows, and you can stop at any point.
Will every patient on the same pathway receive the same thing?
No. Two patients on the same pathway can receive quite different investigations and treatment. The pathway describes how the decision is made, not what the decision will be.
Is a protocol more expensive than a normal consultation?
A protocol is not a priced product. You are charged for the consultations and investigations you actually receive, each confirmed before it is arranged.
Which pathway am I on?
That is decided after your first consultation, not before it. If you are not sure which fits, describe what you have noticed and a coordinator will direct you to the right consultant.
Start with
the assessment.
Which pathway fits is a clinical decision, made after your first consultation rather than before it.
Four fields. A coordinator calls you back.
Low-pressure. Ask anything first.
Start from the symptom instead.
