Surgery
Consultant-led surgical assessment and planning — with candour about what surgery can achieve, and when it is not the right answer.

Surgery is a
serious decision.
A surgical consultation should leave you better informed, not more persuaded. That includes hearing when an operation is not in your interest.
We would rather decline a case than perform one we cannot justify.

Wanting to understand options before deciding anything.
Body changes that have not responded to time or exercise.
Skin and contour change following significant weight loss.
Common reasons
patients come to us.
Most patients arrive with a question rather than a decision. Working out whether surgery is appropriate is the purpose of the first consultation.
Where a structural issue affects comfort or function.
An outcome elsewhere that did not meet expectations.
A plan you would like reviewed independently.
Describe what you have noticed and a coordinator will direct you.
What patients
ask us about.
This is not a diagnostic list. It is where patients usually start, and each is assessed properly before anything is concluded.

What we recommend is a clinical judgement — made with you, and explained to you.
What surgical care
can involve.
Whether any procedure is appropriate for you is established at consultation, never before it.

Surgical consultation
A full assessment of your history, anatomy and goals, with honest discussion of what surgery can and cannot achieve.

Pre-operative assessment
Medical clearance, investigation and planning before anything is scheduled.

Facial procedures
Consultant-performed, planned around your existing structure.

Breast procedures
Assessment, planning and surgery with realistic expectations set first.

Recovery and follow-up
Structured aftercare, because the result depends on it.
Availability of any specific treatment is confirmed at consultation. We do not offer a treatment we cannot explain the reasoning for.

How your care
is planned.
Every patient follows the same four stages. What happens inside them is specific to you.
Consultation
Unhurried, with history and context taken seriously.
Assessment
Investigation chosen to answer a specific question.
Plan
Written, explained, and agreed with you before starting.
Review
Revisited against how you actually respond.
Used where it
changes the answer.
Equipment does not deliver care — physicians do. Each platform is used under consultant oversight, and only where it genuinely changes what we can assess or achieve.
Which of these applies to you is confirmed at consultation.
Planning against your actual anatomy.
Equipped and staffed to the standard the procedure requires.
Less disruption and a faster recovery where suitable.
Used to support healing where the evidence supports it.
Who you
will see.
Consultant surgeons, working with anaesthetic and aftercare teams through the whole pathway.

When more than
one specialty helps.
Surgical outcomes depend on more than the operation. Where metabolic health, hormonal status or psychological readiness is relevant, those consultants are involved before a date is set.
Not every patient needs this. Most surgical cases are managed within the specialty, and deciding otherwise is a clinical judgement made case by case.
Psychological readiness, assessed properly.
Metabolic readiness before and after surgery.
Non-surgical options, where they would serve you better.
Before
you book.
If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp and a coordinator will answer it.
Will you tell me if I should not have surgery?
Yes, and we do. Declining is a legitimate outcome of a surgical consultation.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book a surgical consultation directly.
How long is recovery?
It varies by procedure and by patient. You receive a realistic timeline in writing before agreeing to anything.
Can I see before and after photographs?
Regulations on surgical imagery in the UAE are strict. What we can show you, we show in consultation rather than online.
What are the risks?
Every procedure carries them. They are explained in full, in plain language, as part of consent.
Do you accept insurance?
Cosmetic surgery is generally not covered; reconstructive work sometimes is. We will confirm before you commit.
Start with
a conversation.
Whether you know what you need or want help working it out, a coordinator will guide you.
Four fields. A coordinator calls you back.
Low-pressure. Ask anything first.
