Longevity &
Network Medicine
A structured assessment of how you are ageing — and an honest account of what can be influenced, and what cannot.

Ageing is not
one process.
Cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, cognitive and musculoskeletal health age at different rates. Measuring them separately is what makes a plan specific rather than generic.
We measure first. Recommendations follow the findings, not the other way round.

A clear picture of current health across systems.
Concern about a condition that runs in the family.
Reduced stamina, recovery or resilience.
Common reasons
patients come to us.
Most patients here are not unwell. They want to understand where they stand and what is worth acting on.
Weight, blood sugar and cardiovascular markers.
Memory and focus, assessed properly.
Several issues that may share an underlying cause.
When a plan elsewhere has not been fully explained.
Concerns we assess.
This is not a diagnostic list. It is where patients usually start, and each is assessed properly before anything is concluded.

What we recommend is a clinical judgement — made with you, and explained to you.
What assessment
can involve.
Which of these applies to you — if any — is decided after an initial consultation, not before it.

Comprehensive consultation
A full review of history, lifestyle and current health across systems.

Biomarker panels
Bloodwork across metabolic, hormonal and inflammatory markers.

Cardiovascular assessment
Structured evaluation of long-term cardiovascular risk.

Body composition analysis
Muscle, fat and bone measured rather than estimated.

Cognitive assessment
Baseline measurement of memory, attention and processing.

Personalised plan and review
A written plan, revisited against how you actually respond.
Availability of any specific treatment is confirmed at consultation. We do not offer a treatment we cannot explain the reasoning for.

How your care
is planned.
Every patient follows the same four stages. What happens inside them is specific to you.
Consultation
Unhurried, with history and context taken seriously.
Assessment
Investigation chosen to answer a specific question.
Plan
Written, explained, and agreed with you before starting.
Review
Revisited against how you actually respond.
Used where it
changes the answer.
Equipment does not deliver care — physicians do. Each platform is used under consultant oversight, and only where it genuinely changes what we can assess or achieve.
Which of these applies to you is confirmed at consultation.
Measurement across several systems at once.
Objective change over time, not guesswork.
Risk assessed against structure, not just numbers.
Function at a smaller scale, as one input among several.
Who you
will see.

Where this
connects.
Longevity is the specialty where Network Medicine is most often relevant, because the findings frequently span more than one discipline.
Even here, it is not automatic. Involving another specialist happens when the findings warrant it, not as a matter of course.
Hormonal health through mid-life.
Hormonal and metabolic health in men.
Cognitive health as part of ageing well.
Before
you book.
If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp and a coordinator will answer it.
Do I need to be unwell to come here?
No. Most patients in this specialty are well and want a clear baseline.
Is this the same as a general check-up?
It is broader and more structured, and the findings are interpreted together rather than in isolation.
Will you promise to extend my life?
No, and be cautious of anyone who does. We can measure, explain and advise on what evidence supports.
How long does assessment take?
It varies with what is being measured. The schedule is explained before you commit to anything.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly.
Do you accept insurance?
Preventive assessment is often not covered. Contact us and we will confirm what applies.
